Founded in 2012, CETDIGIT is a US-based company that develops CRM, AI, and enterprise resource planning solutions. Its services are focused in large part on implementing Salesforce, HubSpot, and other major CRM platforms, integrating them with other software and developing custom applications around a customer’s business processes.
In recent years, CETDIGIT has incorporated Retell into select voice AI and CRM implementations. That work covers lead qualification, scheduling, follow-up, CRM updates, workflow automation, and ongoing optimization.
CETDIGIT learned about Retell through its CTO, Mark Khabosha. The introduction came as the organization was looking to develop its voice capabilities, explained Daniel Tenzer, CETDIGIT’s Partnerships and Business Development Manager. Early conversations gave Tenzer the confidence that Retell could support CETDIGIT as its voice business expanded. As the work proved successful and its volume expanded, the team saw an opportunity to formalize their relationship through the Retell Partner Program.
“In the AI era, obviously time and speed are the most valuable assets for us.”
When it comes to HubSpot and Salesforce, Retell provides the conversational voice technology, while CETDIGIT handles the implementation around it: systems integration, CRM connectivity, workflow design, business logic, data flows, testing, and deployment. The goal for both is a voice agent that runs as part of the customer’s existing operation rather than as a standalone tool.
Per Tenzer, the implementation process begins with understanding the customer’s goals, current systems, available data, and operating constraints. Its team then designs how information, permissions, and automated actions should work across those systems. For the HubSpot offering, that work includes configuring conversations, mapping data, and verifying that information flows correctly between the agent and the CRM.
Before a call, the HubSpot agent can draw on customer information such as previous deals, service tickets, and email interactions. During the conversation, it can answer questions, qualify a prospect, and arrange an appointment using availability from a connected calendar. Qualification can cover the prospect’s interest, budget, timing, and decision-making authority. Recordings, transcripts, lead scores, and follow-up notes are stored within HubSpot, which can then inform future conversations involving the agent. The offering also supports transferring calls to people with the conversation context and triggering follow-up communications via channels such as email and SMS.
CETDIGIT’s Salesforce offering covers workflows such as creating or updating leads and contacts, booking meetings, opening service cases, and triggering follow-up actions. The agent also passes relevant voice interaction data into Salesforce, so the details captured on a call land are added to the lead, contact, or case record from which sales and service teams already work. Because the agent reads from and writes to those same records, a customer’s history stays in one place and the next conversation, whether with the agent or a person, starts with the right context.
For customers, the results show up as fewer manual customer interactions, faster speed-to-lead and qualification, automated appointment booking and follow-up, 24/7 coverage, and voice interactions and their resulting data kept connected to the customer’s CRM.
Tenzer estimates that implementation time fell from around two months to a few weeks through CETDIGIT’s work with Retell.
“It cut down the implementation time from, let’s say, around two months to a few weeks. It drastically saved us time and freed us to focus more on existing customers and prospecting.”
The experience of working closely with the Retell team has been a tremendous value add for CETDIGIT. These experiences, which involved proactive dialogue and problem-solving rather than last-minute fixes, are at the heart of why he would recommend the Retell Partner Program to other vendors.
“Overall, the partnership experience has been great. The whole team is super responsive. Retell is there when you need it, across the board. They’re great from a technical perspective, from the sales team, from the marketing team.”
Technology partnerships come up frequently in CETDIGIT’s conversations with prospective customers. In Tenzer’s experience, businesses pay attention to the companies their providers work with, and he names Salesforce, HubSpot, and Retell as key examples.
The Retell relationship gives CETDIGIT a formal partnership to discuss as it grows its voice business alongside established CRM services. The value for customers lies in combining Retell’s voice capabilities paired with CETDIGIT’s implementation, CRM, and automation expertise. Its Gold Partner listing makes that relationship highly visible to businesses exploring implementation providers through Retell’s partner directory.
Tenzer sees the partnership’s effects within CETDIGIT’s team as well as in its delivery work. He describes enthusiasm for working with Retell on AI and a relationship in which both teams have continued to learn and improve.
“It’s not only obvious from a numbers perspective, but also just in terms of how effectively the Retell team operates internally for us. Our people are excited to work together with Retell.”
