Once on with a human, the agent represents the member — provides patient name, date of birth, address, member ID, reason for visit, and urgency level — and works with the office to book an appointment matching the patient's availability. Captures any pre-visit instructions, gracefully exits if the wrong office was reached, and calls back later when information was incomplete rather than booking under uncertainty.
