White Label AI Voice Agents for Agencies and Resellers

For agencies, resellers, and platforms that sell voice agents to their own clients. Each client gets a separate workspace with its own agents, phone numbers, API keys, and billing, and callers hear the agent name, voice, and greeting you set for that client. You set the price your clients pay. Run a pilot with one client before you sign a contract.
Trusted by over 4,000 businesses powering 100+ million calls per month.
How It Works

Launch white label AI voice agents in four steps, from the first client workspace to live calls on the client's own number.

Set up a workspace per client
Create a workspace for the client in the dashboard, build the agent there, and connect the client's CRM or calendar, such as a GoHighLevel sub-account, HubSpot, Cal.com, or Calendly.
Test on the client's real calls
Run simulated calls with the questions that client's callers actually ask, the leads they get from ads, and the transfers they expect, and grade every run before a real customer calls.
Connect the client's number
Import the client's existing number over a SIP trunk or have them forward it from their carrier, then apply for branded caller ID and verified numbers on US lines for outbound calls.
Go live and report per client
Every call in the client's workspace is transcribed and analyzed, and usage, invoices, and credit balance are tracked for that workspace alone, so each client report and each bill stand on their own.
Use Cases

Voice agents you sell under your brand, one client at a time

Agency team working on laptops around one table
One workspace for every client

Need each client kept separate, so a mistake on one account never reaches another. Each workspace is an isolated boundary: agents, conversation flows, knowledge bases, voices, phone numbers, API keys, webhooks, and telephony settings created in one are not visible from another. Workspaces are created by hand in the dashboard, since there is no API to create them, so agencies keep a short onboarding runbook and a naming convention from the first client. Running voice AI for clients covers the full setup.

Business owner taking a call at her desk
Your client's brand on every call

Need callers to hear your client's business, not the platform underneath. You write the agent's name, greeting, and wording, choose a voice or add a voice clone for a sound that matches the brand, and answer on the client's own number, imported over SIP or forwarded from their carrier. On outbound calls, branded caller ID on US numbers shows a business name instead of a number once a business profile is verified. If you add the Retell website widget to a client's site, a white-label token from Retell hides its "Powered by Retell" line.

Front desk staff at a clinic reception
A white label AI receptionist for client front desks

Need a front desk product you can sell to local businesses that miss calls. The agent answers the client's line, handles common questions from a knowledge base you load for that client, books on their calendar, and places a warm transfer to their staff when a caller needs a person. For clients on GoHighLevel, each sub-account connects on its own, so the agent looks up and tags contacts and books that location's calendars. The AI receptionist page shows the calls it covers.

Woman on her phone right after opting in on an ad
Speed to lead for the leads you generate

Need the leads your campaigns produce called before the client's team gets to them, because slow follow-up is what makes a client think the leads were bad. When someone opts in on an ad or a form, your automation asks Retell to place the call, and the agent confirms what they asked for, asks the client's qualifying questions, and books a meeting or transfers to the client's sales team. The full pattern is on AI speed to lead.

Call agent with a headset taking a transferred call
Inbound qualification and live transfers for lead generation

Need consumer calls from your own sites and ads qualified and handed to the right buyer. The agent asks the questions your buyers need, such as product type and state, checks your matching or routing API through a custom function during the call, and warm transfers the caller with a short summary. On outbound lists, voicemail detection, phone call screen handling, and IVR navigation keep the agent from talking to a machine. Agents speak English, Spanish, French, Dutch, and many other languages.

Laptop showing a usage and billing report
Bill each client from their own usage

Need an invoice per client that matches what the platform charged you. Each workspace has its own payment method, credit balance, invoices, and usage totals, so the platform cost for a client is the number on that workspace's bill. What you charge on top, such as a setup fee, a monthly fee per agent, or a retainer, is your decision. Platforms that run all their tenants in one workspace attribute usage with call metadata and dynamic variables instead. How agencies price AI voice agents compares the models.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can I white label Retell AI voice agents?

Yes, on the calls themselves. Callers hear the agent name, voice, and greeting you set, on the client's own number, and branded caller ID on US numbers can show a business name on outbound calls. The Retell website widget can hide its "Powered by Retell" line with a white-label token from Retell. The Retell dashboard itself is not rebranded, so agencies that want a client-facing portal build one on the API or use a white-label dashboard tool from the App Partner Directory.

How do I keep each client's data and billing separate?

Create one workspace per client. Agents, knowledge bases, phone numbers, API keys, webhooks, and members are scoped to the workspace, and a key from one workspace cannot read another. Billing is per workspace too, with its own payment method, credits, invoices, and usage. Workspaces are created in the dashboard, not through the API, so plan a few minutes of setup per new client.

Can my clients log in and see their own calls?

Yes. Invite the client's team into their own workspace with the role you choose. The invite dialog offers Admin, Developer, and Member: Members get read-only access to agents, analytics, and scrubbed call history, Developers can build and test but not manage billing, and Admins control billing and users. Invite your own team into each client workspace with the role their job needs. Role-based access control is listed on the Enterprise plan on the pricing page, so confirm which roles your plan includes.

How much does it cost to resell Retell AI voice agents?

Pay-as-you-go voice agents cost $0.07 to $0.31 per minute, depending on the language model, voice, and telephony you choose, with $10 in free credits to start and no contract. Twenty concurrent calls are included per workspace. Enterprise plans have custom pricing. Each client workspace is billed for its own usage, and what you charge your clients on top is up to you. See pricing for your mix.

Does Retell have a partner program for agencies?

Yes. The Solution Partner Program certifies agencies and builders that deliver Retell agents for clients. Certified partners are listed in the partner directory, Retell refers potential customers to them, and higher tiers get co-marketing and early access to new features.

Does it work with GoHighLevel sub-accounts?

Yes, one sub-account at a time. Each connection uses a Private Integration token and the Location ID from that sub-account, so an agency managing several locations connects each one separately. A connected sub-account gives the agent tools to look up and update contacts, add tags that fire your workflows, work opportunities and tasks, and book that location's calendars. See the GoHighLevel integration.
