What are the best white label voice AI platforms for agencies?

The white label voice AI options an agency can resell in 2026 include Retell AI, HighLevel Voice AI, Trillet, VoiceAIWrapper, Autocalls and Synthflow. They split into two kinds: finished platforms that rebrand the whole product for you, and voice engines whose calls and product name you put under your own brand.

Retell AI publishes this list and is one of the options compared. Every price and feature below comes from the vendor's own page, read on October 22, 2026, and linked where it is cited. The list is not exhaustive and it is not scored: it covers the options with a published agency or reseller offer, and the reviews say what each vendor's pages state and where they stay silent.

This is a comparison of platforms for agencies. If you have already chosen Retell and want the product details, see white label AI voice agents on Retell and the white label AI receptionist page. For what to charge, read how agencies price AI voice agents.

TL;DR

  • Finished white-label platforms: Trillet and Autocalls give you branding, client workspaces and Stripe billing in one subscription. HighLevel does the same inside its CRM once you are on Agency Pro.
  • Engine whose calls you rebrand: Retell puts each client in a separate workspace with its own billing. The Retell dashboard itself is not rebranded, so you invoice clients yourself and give them a portal built on the API, a tool from the App Partner Directory, or read-only access.
  • Own platform with a built-in engine: VoiceAIWrapper is a white-label portal with its own voice engine, and it can also sync agents you built elsewhere.
  • Already selling HighLevel: Agency Pro at $497 a month is the plan that rebills AI usage.
  • Enterprise budget: Synthflow's pricing page now lists only Enterprise contracts, which start at $30,000 a year.
  • What decides margin: the platform fee you carry before the first client, and the per-minute cost under your resale price.

What does white label voice AI mean?

White label voice AI is a voice-agent platform an agency rebrands and resells as its own service, keeping the client relationship while a vendor runs the speech and telephony underneath. Full white label covers the client dashboard, domain, emails and billing. A partner or referral program that keeps the vendor's name in front of your client is not white label.

For most agencies the product they actually sell is an AI receptionist or an AI follow-up caller for local businesses. The caller hears the business they called, and the client sees your name on what you sell. See AI answering service for agencies for that model.

How do the 6 options compare?

The table separates what you pay before your first client from what each call costs. Prices are as published on October 22, 2026; re-check them before you build a margin model.

How we judged each option

The reviews look at four things that decide whether a voice AI service line makes money, using only what each vendor's pages say:

  1. Branding depth. Dashboard, domain, emails and invoices in your name.
  2. Client billing. Can you charge each client your own price and keep the margin?
  3. Fixed cost before revenue. The monthly fee you carry with zero clients.
  4. Integrations and phone numbers. CRMs, calendars and numbers your clients will not give up.

Two more factors matter just as much and no vendor page can answer them: how the calls sound on your clients' real traffic, and how fast your team can fix one client's agent. The final section below turns both into tests you can run yourself.

Vendors are reviewed in the order Retell, then the rest by how much of the product they hand you finished. The order is not a score.

Diagram of how an agency resells Retell. Your agency names and prices the product, builds each client's agent and invoices the client. Client A, B and C each have their own Retell workspace with their own payment method, credits, invoices and usage. Callers hear the agent name, voice and greeting you set, on the client's own number imported over SIP or forwarded from their carrier. Workspaces are created by hand in the dashboard, not through the API. Clients see results through a read-only Member invite, a portal you build on the Retell API, or a white-label dashboard tool from the App Partner Directory. Retell bills each workspace for its own usage and does not charge your clients or apply your markup.

1. Retell AI (engine under your brand)

Retell AI suits agencies that want to build and run every client's agent themselves. You create one workspace per client in the dashboard, build the agent there, and put your own name and price on what the client buys. Most production minutes on Retell run through agents that customers build and manage themselves, so a change to one client's agent is something you make, not a ticket you file.

What agencies use:

  • Usage-based pricing with no platform fee, from $0.07 per minute, so a new agency carries no fixed cost before its first client.
  • A workspace per client. Agents, numbers, knowledge bases, API keys and members stay apart, and pay-as-you-go workspaces include 20 concurrent calls each. Workspaces are created in the dashboard, not through the API.
  • Billing per workspace. Each client workspace has its own payment method, credits, invoices and usage totals. What you charge on top is your decision.
  • Agent building in a visual flow builder or a prompt, with agent versions and simulation tests so you can try a change on a draft before the client's callers hear it.
  • After launch: post-call analysis and AI quality assurance.
  • The jobs local clients buy: answering as an AI receptionist, booking appointments and transferring to staff, including a warm transfer that briefs the person who answers.
  • Client numbers: import the client's number over a SIP trunk, or have them forward calls from their carrier.
  • Agency tools: a GoHighLevel integration, n8n and Make.
  • Partner program: the Retell partner program lists certified agencies and refers potential customers to them, and higher tiers get co-marketing.

Watch out for: the Retell dashboard is not rebranded, and Retell bills each client workspace for its own usage but does not charge your clients or apply your markup. Agencies that want a client portal build one on the Retell API, use a white-label dashboard tool from the App Partner Directory, or invite clients as read-only Members, who see agents, analytics and scrubbed call history in the Retell dashboard. The website widget's "Powered by Retell" badge can be hidden with a white-label token, but you get the token by contacting Retell. If you want one subscription that does branding, billing and the agent, pick a finished platform below.

2. HighLevel Voice AI

HighLevel Voice AI is the natural fit for agencies that already run their clients on HighLevel, because the voice agent lives inside the CRM, calendars and workflows those clients log into every day. It is one of HighLevel's AI Employee tools rather than a separate voice product.

What it does well:

  • Inbound, outbound and web calls: it answers calls on HighLevel numbers, places outbound calls from a workflow action, and runs as a voice widget on a client's website.
  • Actions inside the CRM: during a call the agent can book on HighLevel calendars, update contact fields, send an SMS, trigger a workflow, and transfer to a person or to another Voice AI agent. Custom Actions are listed as a beta feature.
  • Reselling through SaaS Mode: on HighLevel's pricing page, Agency Pro ($497 a month) sells HighLevel as your own branded software with automatic sub-account creation and rebilling of phone and email with markup. Agency Unlimited ($297) rebills phone and email at cost, and rebilling AI usage requires Agency Pro.
  • Testing tools: the Voice AI Prompt Optimizer runs scenario-based test calls, and Agent Studio covers node editing, testing and version control.

Pricing: per HighLevel's AI product pricing article, pay-per-use Voice AI is billed in parts: $0.045 a minute for the voice engine, $0.015 a minute for an OpenAI or Cartesia voice (up to $0.17 for ElevenLabs V3), plus model tokens and phone minutes. HighLevel's own example puts a 10-minute call at $0.60 before tokens and phone charges. Speech-to-speech models bill an all-in rate instead. AI Employee plans per sub-account ($50 Growth, with 100 Voice AI minutes a month, or $97 Unlimited, subject to fair use) are the alternative to pay-per-use.

Watch out for: Voice AI only works on accounts using LC Phone or Twilio numbers, which matters if your clients want to keep a number from another carrier. Outbound Voice AI calls can only go to supported numbers in the same country as the calling location, and call transfer is not supported in web call trials, so transfers have to be tested on a real phone call. Voice is one feature in a large CRM, so if handling hard calls is the whole offer, test it on your clients' real calls before you commit them.

3. Trillet

Trillet is an Australia-based, self-serve white-label platform built for agencies that sell AI receptionists and voice agents to small and mid-sized businesses. Clients log in to a workspace with your logo, name and colors and, on the Agency plan, your own domain.

What it does well:

  • Two agency tiers: Studio ($99 a month) covers up to 3 client workspaces on a Trillet-hosted address with 1,000 included minutes. Agency ($299 a month) adds unlimited workspaces, a custom domain, branded emails, custom minute markup, 3,000 included minutes and 10 phone numbers.
  • Client billing: Stripe billing with invoicing on both tiers, with your own per-minute markup on Agency only.
  • Fast agent setup: build an agent from a client's website, describe it in plain language, or edit node flows. Trillet MCP lets you build agents from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
  • More than calls: workflows for reminders, follow-ups and no-show recovery (2,000 runs a month on Studio, 10,000 on Agency), SMS agents, and a web call and chat widget.
  • Integrations: native GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, Cal.com, ServiceTitan and ServiceM8, plus in-call APIs, webhooks and custom MCP tools.
  • Phone numbers: clients forward calls to a Trillet number using call forwarding, or you connect numbers you own through Twilio, Telnyx or a custom SIP connection.

Pricing: $0.12 a minute after the included minutes. Telephony starts at $0.014 a minute, transferred calls are $0.05 a minute, and extra numbers are $5 a month. Both tiers start with a 7-day free trial that needs a card. See the Trillet white-label pricing page.

Watch out for: Trillet does not support cold outbound to purchased lists or high-volume robocalling. Studio is capped at 3 workspaces, so most agencies move to Agency by their fourth client, and data residency, SSO and dedicated infrastructure are Enterprise only.

4. VoiceAIWrapper

VoiceAIWrapper is a white-label portal with its own built-in voice engine. Its pricing page says you do not need a Vapi, Retell or ElevenLabs account, and gives you one platform and one invoice. If you have already built agents elsewhere, you can instead sync agents from Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs with your own keys and pay that provider directly.

What it does well:

  • White label on every plan: your own domain and logo on client portals, notifications sent from your own inbox, and a portal and login for each client.
  • Client billing: you set your own per-minute price and bill clients through your own Stripe account, on both Pay as you go and Scale.
  • Campaigns and setup: inbound and outbound automation, client-created calling campaigns, and an AI agent builder that scrapes a client's website, writes an agent prompt and generates a knowledge base.
  • Integrations: the pricing page lists GoHighLevel (native), calendar, email and SMS, WhatsApp, n8n, Make, Zapier, VoIP and SIP telephony, and APIs and webhooks.
  • On Scale: onboarding automation with SaaS Creator, a billing and campaign API, extra team members and a headless website AI agent creator.

Pricing: Pay as you go costs $0 to start, includes your first client account, and charges $20 a month for each additional one. Scale is $499 a month with 20 client accounts, then $12 each, and 70,000 native AI credits. Custom plans are quoted. Older plans are grandfathered for existing accounts. Native AI calling runs about $0.07 to $0.31 a minute. Syncing agents from your own provider adds no per-minute charge from VoiceAIWrapper, but it is a paid add-on on Pay as you go and included on Scale. See VoiceAIWrapper pricing.

Watch out for: if you connect your own Retell, Vapi or ElevenLabs account you pay two vendors, the portal and the provider; the built-in engine gives you one invoice. Per-client fees add up past the included clients, so model your cost at 20 or 30 clients, not 5.

5. Autocalls

Autocalls is an all-inclusive white-label platform for non-technical agencies. Models, voices, transcription and telephony are bundled into one per-minute rate, and the page promises zero API keys to manage.

What it does well:

  • One partner plan: Agency White Label includes unlimited client sub-accounts with their own logins, 3,500 minutes a month and up to 1,000 parallel calls.
  • Branding: your logo, colors and domain, branded client emails, white-labeled documentation and a web call widget under your brand. Autocalls says it never appears on your clients' invoices.
  • Client billing: through your own Stripe account. There is no per-client fee, revenue share or setup fee.
  • Channels: voice, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and web chat under one brand, in 100+ languages, with voice cloning.
  • Telephony: phone numbers from $3.99 a month in 150+ countries, or bring your own via SIP.
  • Support: direct access to a partner manager on Slack or WhatsApp, and most partners are live under their own domain within 24 hours.

Pricing: $419 a month ($355 a month billed yearly), then $0.09 a minute past 3,500 minutes. A cheaper Agency plan ($249, 1,700 minutes) has no own-Stripe billing and no client sub-accounts. See the Autocalls white label page.

Watch out for: providers are bundled into one rate, and the page does not say you can choose them. There is no free trial, only a live demo call and a first-month refund on monthly billing if you have used fewer than 100 minutes. It is a managed cloud platform with no self-hosted version.

6. Synthflow

Synthflow is a voice agent platform whose docs say sub-accounts, permissions, branding, custom domains and products continue to work after a 2026 change that removed reselling. It is no longer a self-serve agency product, and that changes the math for most agencies.

What changed in 2026:

  • Reselling removed: on September 15, 2026, Synthflow removed in-product reselling, including custom pricing plans, the Plan & Billing and Usage pages, and the Stripe integration. Synthflow no longer auto-tops-up minutes or calculates margins.
  • Billing moves to you: client usage and charges now have to be tracked and invoiced from your own systems.
  • Sales-led pricing: Synthflow's pricing page now lists only Enterprise, and says "Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually."
  • What remains: branding, sub-accounts, permissions and custom domains, per Synthflow's reselling migration guide.

Pricing: Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year. Other terms are not published. See Synthflow pricing.

Watch out for: the $30,000 floor and the external billing rule it out for agencies with a handful of clients. Agencies that resold Synthflow self-serve need a new billing setup or a new platform.

How do you choose a white label voice AI platform?

Choose by what your clients pay you for. If they pay for a branded software product, a finished white-label platform is simpler. If they pay for calls that get answered well and bookings that land, own the agents and add your branding around them. For running a client base after launch, see running voice AI for clients.

  1. Count your clients honestly. With a few clients, a high monthly fee eats the margin; usage pricing with no platform fee carries less risk.
  2. Price a real call, all in. Add the platform rate, voice, model and telephony before you set the resale price.
  3. Test the hard call. Put each candidate on a call with background noise, an interruption and a request for a person.
  4. Ask who fixes a bad call. If the answer is "open a ticket," every client complaint waits on someone else.
  5. Check the client's stack. Calendar, CRM and phone number migration decide how fast you can launch each client.

Frequently asked questions

What is white label voice AI?

It is a voice-agent platform an agency rebrands and resells under its own name, with its own dashboard, domain and billing, while a vendor runs the speech and telephony underneath.

Does Retell AI offer white label?

Yes on the calls and the product name, no on the dashboard. Callers hear the agent name, voice and greeting you set, on the client's own number, and you name and price the product yourself. The Retell dashboard itself is not rebranded, so agencies that want a client portal build one on the API, use a white-label dashboard tool from the App Partner Directory, or invite clients as read-only Members. The website widget can hide the "Powered by Retell" badge with a white-label token that you get by contacting Retell.

How much does it cost to start a white label voice AI agency?

Retell and VoiceAIWrapper's Pay as you go plan have no monthly platform fee to start. Published monthly fees then run from $99 for Trillet Studio and $297 for HighLevel Agency Unlimited up to $497 for HighLevel Agency Pro, and Synthflow's Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year. Call minutes are billed on top on every option.

Can my clients keep their existing phone numbers?

On Retell, yes: you can import an existing number over a SIP trunk or have the client forward calls from their carrier, so they do not have to change the number on their website and signage. Trillet supports call forwarding and numbers you own through Twilio, Telnyx or SIP, and Autocalls supports bring-your-own numbers over SIP. HighLevel Voice AI only works with LC Phone or Twilio numbers.

Does an AI receptionist sound like a real person?

That depends on the voice provider and model you choose, and a demo script hides the hard cases. What clients notice is whether the agent handles interruptions, background noise and a caller who changes their mind, so run each shortlisted platform on a real client's calls.

What happens when the AI cannot answer a caller?

A well-built agent transfers to the business with context, or takes a message. On Retell, a warm transfer can brief the person who answers in a whisper the caller does not hear.

Build the agents you resell

If your clients judge you on how their calls go, start with the agent, not the logo. Build a Retell agent free, run it on one client's real calls, and decide on the branding layer once it performs. For the full Retell setup, see white label AI voice agents, and for agencies building on Retell, the Retell partner program.
