Delivery Status Caller

An inbound delivery-status agent for shipping and logistics operations. Greets callers, confirms they're calling about a package, and collects a tracking number, delivery ID, or — as a fallback — the name on the delivery plus phone number for lookup.

Confirms the identifier back to the caller, fires a status-lookup function, and reads back the result using only the data returned (no hallucinated statuses) — covering label-created, in transit, at facility, out for delivery, delivered, attempted, and delayed states. For missing or undelivered packages, it offers to start a formal delivery investigation, captures a description of what happened, and sets expectations on follow-up timing. Tightly scoped — won't engage on anything outside delivery questions.
