Intertidal Tech builds and runs AI voice agents for law firms. Our Front Desk Agent answers every inbound call, qualifies new callers, routes existing clients, and books consultations on the firm's real calendar. Our Lead Response Agent calls web leads back within 60 seconds, while they're still deciding who to hire. Every agent is built for one firm's practice areas and intake questions, and writes the contact, matter and appointment straight into your CRM or legal practice management software, or into Google Calendar and Outlook. We host and maintain the agents on Retell, so the firm never configures anything. One Illinois family law firm was missing 118 of 180 calls a month before we started. In three months the agent reached 444 people and booked 123 consultations, 70% of them after hours. Family law, estate planning and probate, and personal injury. We help businesses stop missing calls and turn inbound phone calls into booked appointments. We build AI voice receptionists that answer your phone 24/7 and handle the most common requests automatically, including: → Sharing service prices → Giving business hours and directions → Answering basic service questions → Booking appointments on the spot No more missed calls. No more constant interruptions for your staff. The result is simple: more booked jobs and a smoother customer experience.

Three Palms builds and manages voice AI for businesses that need help answering calls, following up with leads, and handling routine customer requests. We build around how your team already works, whether you need an AI receptionist, appointment scheduling, outbound outreach, or a custom phone workflow. We handle call design, integrations, testing, and ongoing improvements. Agents can capture intake details, answer common questions, book appointments, and hand calls to your team when needed. We connect the calls to your existing systems so your staff can see what happened and what needs attention. For a multi-location healthcare practice, we built a bilingual AI receptionist that captures requests when staff can't answer. A review of 549 request-related calls from February through August 2026 identified 118 subsequent bookings in the practice's records. Staff handled follow-up and scheduling. These were observed bookings after AI-handled calls, not a measured increase over the previous process. We work with teams of different sizes and adapt each setup to their customers, call volume, and goals.
