Reminder & No-Show Reducer

An outbound appointment reminder agent designed to reduce no-shows for clinics and provider offices. Confirms the patient's identity, delivers the reminder with appointment type, doctor, date, and time, and asks whether they can still make it.

For confirmations, optionally sends an SMS confirmation. For reschedules, collects preferred timing, checks live availability, offers two or three options, and books only after explicit confirmation. For cancellations, double-confirms before executing the cancel. Handles family-member relays without sharing sensitive details, leaves a structured voicemail without navigating menus, and includes branches for confused patients, hostile callers, and out-of-scope questions — all closed with respectful exits.
