An outbound reminder agent for webinars, virtual events, and recurring sessions. Calls registered attendees ahead of an event, confirms they still plan to attend, and recaps the date, time, timezone, and how the access link will be delivered.

For attendees who can't make it, the agent offers to move their registration to the next available session or process a cancellation outright — both wired to backend functions with confirmation messaging on success or a clean fallback to email/web cancellation on failure. Includes a scoped FAQ knowledge base (event timing, how to join, whether sessions are recorded, switching sessions) and an out-of-scope handoff that transfers to a team member with callback capture if the team is unavailable.
