IVR Navigation Payment Bot

An automated payment agent that calls vendor, supplier, and utility payment lines on behalf of an organization to pay bills. Navigates IVR menus and handles transitions to human representatives, providing account or invoice numbers when prompted and confirming any read-back matches before proceeding.

Enters payment details accurately by voice or DTMF — card number, expiration, CVV, billing zip, or ACH routing and account numbers — confirms the payment summary against the expected amount and account, and captures the resulting confirmation or reference number using NATO phonetic read-back when delivered by a human. Logs successful payments and failure reasons (mismatched amounts, account not found, wrong office) via backend functions, and exits cleanly without speaking when something is off.
